Oxygen Index Test Apparatus Structure Introduction:
Oxygen Index Test Apparatus is made by the combustion tube, specimen holder, flow control system and ignition components.
Combustion tube is a heat-resistant glass, the lower end of the tube inserted in the base, a certain height within the base filled with glass beads, metal mesh is placed on a glass beads, for blocking burning droplets. The specimen is clamped a metal spring, the film material, use a U-shaped sample holder. Flow control system consists of pressure gauge, regulator valve, control valve, rotameter and piping components. Igniter flame length is adjustable, the test flame length of 10mm.
