About the glow wire tester operation instructions according
to the iec60695, gb5169.10-11 and gb4706.1 the design and manufacturing
requirements with the standards "glow wire test method", which apply
to the fire danger test on electrical and electronic products, household
electrical appliances and materials, simulation heat element or overload
resistance of heat or ignition source caused by thermal stress in a short time.
This instrument adopts steel structure of spraying, imported instrument
display, easy operation, stable performance, suitable for the quality
inspection departments at all levels and relevant enterprises to use fire
resistant test
一．The main technical parameters and functions for the glow wire tester
1．Heating temperature: 500-1000 ° or less continuous tunable range, temperature measurement accuracy of plus or minus 10 ° c
2．More than burning time: 0.1 999.9 s, plus or minus 0.1 s (adjustable time range)
3．Burning time: 0.1 999.9 s, automatic recording, pause manually
4．Residual flame time: 0.1 999.9 s, automatic recording, pause manually
5．Hot wire for sample pressure: 1 + / - 0.2 n. pressure limiting depth of 7 mm
6．Glow wire: φ nickel chromium (80%), chromium (20%), the size is made according to the rules.
7．Thermocouple: φ nickel chromium/nickel aluminum wire, k index
8． Auto off: sample after reaching prescribed burning time, automatically be off from the hot wire

二、Preparation about the glow wire tester operating instructions before use
1、The instrument is placed in ventilation equipment room (or special ventilation in a small laboratory), in order to test after waste gas discharge in a timely manner)
2、The two weights form a complete set with thin wire two pulleys at left by the supporting plate (through the corresponding holes) hanging at the bottom of the supporting plate, the other end around below red part of the small screws
3、According to the requirements of standard to make and clamp samples
4、To determine the experiments location
a．Press the "left" button, when the glow wire head comes into contact with the red arrow loosening the "left" key part; Fixed a try in below red arrow part, make a good contact with hot wire head to try
b．Adjust the test heat depth of 7 mm. Adjust the proximity switches, lights, and fixed the induction switch of the position
c．Press the "right" button; make the car right, the right automatically stop after touching the limit

1、The users must be stable power supply; Otherwise too much effect on the temperature changes by voltage fluctuation.
2、Thermocouples are wearing parts, it is not a column of qualified 3 aspects for product warranty
3、The glow-wire should not be long-term work at high temperatures, so as not to shorten the service life of the thermocouple which should be promptly after each use to reduce the current, and power off.
4、After each test, clean the combustion chamber in case of power failure, and be careful not to touch crash and burning thermocouple wire
5、When the test is completed, the user can use the fan exhaust gases generated during combustion, but fans do not open during the test, so as not to affect the test results
6、If you need repairs, especially replacement of the glow-wire pay attention to toggle through retighten the screws, otherwise adverse effects from exposure to current loop interfaces and generate heat. After the user replacement parts, should be on all the screws
